Transparent and student-friendly refund guidelines
We follow the University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines for Fee Refund to ensure a student-friendly and transparent process. These guidelines apply when a student decides to withdraw admission after fee payment.

| 100% | Withdrawal up to 15 days before the commencement of the academic session (₹1,000 processing fee may be deducted) |
| 90% | Withdrawal less than 15 days before the session starts |
| 80% | Withdrawal within 15 days after the session starts |
| 50% | Withdrawal between 16–30 days after the session starts |
| No Refund | Withdrawal after 30 days of the session's commencement |
Refunds will be processed by the institution within 15 days of receiving the withdrawal application.
This policy is displayed during the admission process and included in the college prospectus.
In case of unresolved issues, students may escalate the matter to the University Grants Commission (UGC).
